About AAMA

AAMA (Asia America Multi-Technology Association) was founded in Silicon Valley in 1979 — the world's largest community of Asian tech and business leaders.

Overview

Founded in Silicon Valley in 1979, AAMA (Asia America Multi-Technology Association) is the world's largest high-level networking platform for Asian leaders in technology and business. It brings together more than 10,000 elites from the technology, investment, finance and entrepreneurial communities across 2,000+ companies and affiliates in Asia and the United States, with deep roots and broad influence in Silicon Valley and Asia.

Over more than 40 years, AAMA organisations have been established in Beijing, Taipei and the Greater Bay Area. The "Cradle Program — Nurturing China's Future Technology Leaders" has helped founders succeed, with many companies going public or securing venture funding.

AAMA Greater Bay Area was founded in 2012 to advance the GBA's innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, strengthen regional tech-industry collaboration, and provide a channel to other global innovation hubs. It drives five connections across the GBA: China with the world, Hong Kong with the mainland, technology with markets, industry with capital, and drive with experience.

Amid today's "profound changes unseen in a century," AAMA Greater Bay Area will further leverage its unique strengths as a "super-connector" and "super value-adder" — building bridges at home and abroad, providing members with in-depth, tailored services, and creating value and giving back to society through effective resources and professional expertise.
